Arnout is a senior strategic transformation leader with 25+ years of experience across regulated financial services, insurance, international banking and enterprise governance.

Leads M&A separations, TSA/rTSA strategy, carve-outs, integrations and target operating model transformation.
Currently drives complex seller-side separation, venture structuring and enterprise transformation programmes.
Previously held senior roles at EBRD, Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO across strategy, planning, integration and governance.
